Brigitte Tilley-Gyado is the Founder and Managing Partner of GAN International. She works across sovereign, investor, and infrastructure systems, advising on the structuring and advancement of complex, capital-intensive programs in emerging markets.
 

Her work involves direct engagement with governments, ministries, institutional capital providers, and project sponsors, aligning national priorities, investment frameworks, and execution pathways in environments where transactions are shaped as much by policy and access as by capital.

Valery Levitine is Co-Founder of GAN International. He focuses on the development and structuring of large-scale projects across the Middle East and Africa, with particular emphasis on sustainable energy, agriculture, and the blue economy.

His work spans project origination, strategic alignment, and execution frameworks, supporting the progression of complex initiatives through early-stage positioning to delivery
