Sovereign Finance · Project Finance · Capital Mobilisation
GAN International operates across sovereign finance and large-scale project finance in emerging markets, working with governments, ministries of finance, project sponsors, and institutional capital providers where sovereign alignment, bankability, and capital execution must move together.
EngageGAN International operates in sovereign finance and large-scale project finance, connecting institutional capital to sovereign and project-level opportunities across Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
We work directly with governments, ministries of finance, project sponsors, and institutional capital providers. Our mandate is to structure, advance, and close transactions that require both sovereign engagement and capital execution simultaneously.
We have advised on projects with an aggregate value exceeding $50 billion. Our work is defined by four mandates. Nothing beyond them.
GAN International maintains confidentiality across all mandates. The engagements below reflect the nature and scale of work undertaken. Further detail is available to qualified counterparties upon request.
Detailed engagement records and references available to institutional counterparties upon request and subject to standing confidentiality.
GAN International maintains sustained operational presence across Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and global capital centres. Our offices are positioned at the intersection of sovereign relationships and institutional capital flows.
We operate in markets where institutional capital requires a trusted counterpart on the ground. Our engagement in each market is active, direct, and sustained over the long term.
GAN International was established to operate in a specific and demanding space: sovereign finance and large-scale project finance in emerging markets.
We work directly with governments, ministries of finance, institutional capital providers, project sponsors, and delivery partners. Our mandate is to structure, advance, and close transactions that require both sovereign engagement and capital execution simultaneously.
Having advised on projects with an aggregate value exceeding $50 billion across Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America, our institutional relationships are long-standing, our mandates are discreet, and our track record is available to those who require it.
GAN International is not a general advisory firm. It is a sovereign finance and project finance platform with the relationships, structure, and execution capacity to advance high-value transactions in markets that reward sustained presence over transactional engagement.
Brigitte Tilley-Gyado is the Founder and Managing Partner of GAN International. She works across sovereign, investor, and infrastructure systems, advising on the structuring and advancement of complex, capital-intensive programs in emerging markets.
Her work involves direct engagement with governments, ministries, institutional capital providers, and project sponsors, aligning national priorities, investment frameworks, and execution pathways in environments where transactions are shaped as much by policy and access as by capital.
Valery Levitine is Co-Founder of GAN International. He focuses on the development and structuring of large-scale projects across the Middle East and Africa, with particular emphasis on sustainable energy, agriculture, and the blue economy.
His work spans project origination, strategic alignment, and execution frameworks, supporting the progression of complex initiatives through early-stage positioning to delivery.
We engage with governments, project sponsors, capital providers, and institutional counterparties on a confidential basis. All enquiries are reviewed directly by the principals.
